Registration Rules and Procedures

 

The Fall Intramural season starts on the first weekend after Labor Day.

The Spring Intramural season starts on the last weekend in March.

The Squirts season starts one week after the Intramural season starts.

 

Open Registration

 

Open Registration for the Fall season is available for the following dates:

Registration at Birch Lane School will take place on one weekday evening from 7:00PM to 9:00PM and on a Saturday from 10:00AM until 1:00PM.  Birth certificates must be presented for all new players.

 

The registration fee for Open Registration is $65 per player.  A family discount will be given for more than two players from the same family.  The registration fee for the third and fourth player is $40 per player (family maximum $210).

 

Late Registration

 

Late Registration for the Fall season is from June 1 through June 30.

Late Registration for the Spring season is from December 1 through December 31.

 

The registration fee for Late Registration is $90 per player.  This includes a non-refundable late fee of $25.  The family discounts will not apply.  Special requests will not be accepted.

 

Returning players can register online by clicking “Register Online” in the table of contents on the club website.

Returning players can also register by mail.  New players must register by mail.  Click “Register by Mail” in the table of contents on the club website.

 

Late-Late Registration

 

Late-Late Registration for the Fall season is from July 1 through July 31.

Late-Late Registration for the Spring season is from January 1 through January 31.

 

The registration fee for Late-Late Registration is $100 per player.  This includes a non-refundable late fee of $35.  The family discounts will not apply.  Special requests will not be accepted.

After-Cutoff Registration

 

Any registration forms received after the Late registration period will be placed on a waiting list.  Placement on a team is not guaranteed.  The registration fee for After-Cutoff Registration is $105.  This includes a non-refundable late fee of $40.  The family discounts will not apply.  Special requests will not be accepted.  If a player cannot be placed on a team, the full registration fee will be refunded.  Forms should be hand-delivered to the Computer Coordinator.

 

Final Registration

 

In order to register after the “After-Cutoff” period ends, the Intramural Coordinator must be contacted before submitting a registration form.  If there is an opening on a team, you will receive further instructions on how to register.  Non-approved registration forms will be returned.

 

Refunds

 

No refunds will be made after July 31 for the Fall season and after January 31 for the Spring season.  The registration fee may be forwarded to the following season.  Late fees will not be refunded.
