This past weekend the Massapequa Soccer Club held its 37th Annual Intramural Tournament. A special ceremony was held to honor founding member, first club president and long time coach and volunteer Pat McComiskey who passed away in 2009. This year we renamed the tournament in his honor and his daughter Maureen was able to attend the ceremony. Registration for the Fall 2010 season is now open. You can register online, by mail, or at one of the two registrations at Birch Lane school Wednesday 5/19 7-9PM or Saturday 5/22 10AM-12PM. Please click on the Registration menu items for more information.

2010 Outstanding Referee and Volunteer of the Year Recognized

Natalie Sabia, Megan Batt, and Lauren Epstein were each presented the Outstanding Referee award for the great work they did as referees for the club this year. Richard Guinness Jr. was recognized as this year's Volunteer of the Year award for the countless hours he has volunteered his time and energy. The MSC Sideline Cafe' (by Burns Park Turf Field) is OPEN every weekend with a variety of snacks, food and drinks. This is a Fund Raiser for the children of our club. We need your support.
Here are some items that we carry:
Drinks: Gatorade, Coke, Diet Coke, Orange Juice, Snapple, Water, Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate
Snacks: Candy, Chips, Pretzels, Homemade Baked Goods, Nachos and Cheese
Food: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chicken Fingers, French Fries, Sandwiches
Fruit and Yogurt
Ice cream will be available soon.
